From Inmate to Foster Daughter
Jazmine Wheeler used to call Jesica Llana "Ms. Llana" while she was an inmate at a youth facility in Tennessee. Today she calls her "Mom." Llana adopted Wheeler as one of her foster children after Wheeler was released from Davidson County Juvenile Detention Center.
